I can tell from this statement you use a MAC. Not sure why Apple insists on making it's users think in terms of hours because thats such a small part of the picture.

Consider a retail DVD is about 7GB. 2TB = 2000GB. For the average consumer, this is more than enough (in today's standard) and I honestly don't see why anyone would need that much space (unless your backing up 20 computers).
