As a subject of Queen Elizabeth, I don't think she'd have to do more than sneeze in a westerly direction to become Canadian. No, but by and large they hate the English (much like the Scots, Irish, and everybody else for that matter), hence if Brandon were to marry Isabel Ice and go native in Cardiff, it's a good bet he would soon be spouting anti-english rants...maybe in fluent Welsh, even!
