Out here in Vancouver you can go days without seeing a black guy, and when you do there's about an 80% chance they're tourists.

It's kind of weird because if you cross the border into Washington state (about 30 minutes away) and the demographic is markedly different.

We have natives and drug addicts as our underclass.
