As most of us know, the State of California is considering regulating adult video productions so that performers are "fully protected" from diseases.
I just saw this on the Adult Video News website:
If the state Labor Department’s stance that adult performers are employees is ascertained to be correct, then blood borne pathogen regulations will require not only condoms, but other personal protective equipment including dental dams and possibly even goggles.
