Sometimes XPT needs a little flush. It doesnt happen too often, but when the mods consensus is that someone is really annoying and wont be missed; they're gone. I banned mrsparkle after getting the OK from jeffmike and it felt really good. Willie and Sergio actually thought he was funny which made the banning even sweeter.
