Precisely. It's like Double Secret Probation.
As a rule, I oppose arbitrary banning. But Limited Mind recieved innumerable warnings: Public ones from mods like Gia and King (not to mention the complaints of regular posters,) and I'm sure she got several private chats from others. The point is: She was repeatedly warned, and instead of improving, remained obstinate in her suckage. Sorry, can't empathize.

I generally oppose bans. It doesn't take much to go from banning people you don't like to being ADT.
I believe that a ban only should be instituted when a person goes WAY above and beyond. I saw this as warranting a trip to the Phlog-box perhaps, but not a ban. And, as might be noted from my posts, I don't much like SashaMutt, Ltd.
That said. Being nasty to King is just plain stupid. You have to go way out of your way to mess with King. He isn't a rash actor, doesn't have an inflated ego and doesn't involve himself in the various wars that go on here. So, I have little sympathy for the ban since I have a high opinion of King.
Still, I can't bring myself to fully support it. Nor am I going to lead a letter writing campaign to bring her back.
BUT, it would have been funny to see SashaMutt in the box!
Bottomline, I rather tool on her than silence her.

Inconsistent is the word, Fatman. I can live with the ban on Mr. Sparkle, but even then. Except for being very annoying, where did he go wrong?
As long as a ban is not a one-man (or woman) decision, I trust the wisdom of the moderators as a collective. Thank you all for your explanation.

If someone sucks, then they suck. They shouldn't be banned for that. If they suck purposefully, ban 'em. If their only contribution to the board is a one-sided video dialogue that leeches the bandwith of a small Canadian town, ban 'em.
I've spent all of 13 seconds lamenting this fuckhead's ban and have since moved on. It feels great.

And that's just it: I can think of several different ways he could have taken the Mr. Sparkle character, each of them funny. Sadly, Frankie took none of those routes.
Worse, by far, was the Lockwoodian post count. It's one thing to try out a character and have it suck. It's an altogether different thing to do so while beating folks over the head with a sledgehammer.
