King: MISSION ACCOMPLISHED .... [for now].

I have found the arrest for which is origin of the mugshot on smokinggun.

She was arrested on 12/29/2007 [last month].

There are two charges:

1. Domestic battery. Her "usual" $250 in bail.

2. Violation of Florida Statute §812.155(3), a FELONY, $2,500 in bail.


Florida Statute §812.155(3) makes it a felony for a person who leases property valued at $300 or more to "without the consent of the [Lessor] and with the intent to defraud, abandon or willfully refuse to redeliver such personal property as agreed."
