If you look at the times, I already took the links to the data down a minute before you posted based on the 1st guy pointing it out. The only "new" info was her address - her name is EVERYWHERE thanks to mainstream press and her birthday is on IAFD, etc.

Photoshop: Image → Image Size. Click "Constrain Proportions," and keep the width in the 450-475 pixel range. Real easy. The charges etc. are always interesting.

If you don't have Photoshop, use Paint (found in accessories off your Start Menu.) Image → Stretch/Skew, then knock down the Stretch percentage.

I was the Freedom of Information Law (FOIL) officer for a certain City agency for four years. Maybe I'm reverting to type, but I try to be mindful of other people's privacy†. Some things should be redacted even though a determined fuck could find the info with just a bit of effort. Why make it easy.

As to why she keeps getting busted in another county: Fatty's theory is plausible, but my first instinct was to say drugs across the county line. Could be both.
