Only a complete moron who has never had to deal with serious pain issues and/or unpredicted drug reactions could make such a naive statement. Don't ever trust your doctor. Don't ever trust the list of side effects.

As far as people who are using those pills for psychiatric "self-medication", I feel sorry for them. Those pills suck.
