yeah like its a liability issue nothing more......

if it was truly a 100% health issue then full DNA screens would be mandatory ..but they are too expensive
so for the time being we have tests that only pick up active outbreaks and hiv.
although a good start lets not go getting freaked out over another source of a half assed test popping up .
