In my opinion, the grin is more like a 'Could I help you with that, ma'am?' grin. The hypocritical small store manager, who fucks his underage store clerks (both male and female) in the backroom.

But his eyes........ have that stone cold crazy killer look. He looks far more dangerous in a suit than in his football jerseys.
