I don't get that. Why are the producers to blame for hiring the girl based upon what happened in the porn-slut's past?

Is it their job to screen each of these girls and decide whether their upbringing makes them suitable for the movies? No. The only thing they are concerned about if they can make money off putting her in the movie. Would hiring this girl make their DVDs sell or gain their websites more paying customers?

Cold? Well, yeah, but it's not unlike any other business.

Do people complain when some low paying, little education need, job hires a reasonably bright, recent high school graduate? No.

Is it the requirement of the boss of that job to look into the background of the prospective hire and tell him his grades and intelligence would be better put to work going to college or some other job? No

The two are the same, the porn producer and the boss of the real job. They have positions that need to be filled and are going to fill them with people who can do the job. Everything else is inconsequential.
