Only takes an extra 5 minutes max to pop with no hands. Even faster if you just get it 95% there yourself and then cut in the girl to finish, so the audience doesn't have to deal with it. That's my personal take on it. Also you do have to deal with the cum dodgers who'll just jerk it anywhere but their face. As a producer I'd rather take the time and get it right.
