Sooo... they're defining lust by the number of people who use contraceptives? How about they call it "the top 10 cities less likely to get knocked up?" No surprise to see portland as #2.. I was able to get on the pill for free when I was 15, behind my parents back. Every city should have a health clinic like that, IMO.
