No, Cum Stains, I spoke Spanish before the hair transplant. It did help out at the surgery, which you can see in the documentary coming out soon. You will see a nurse coming out of one operating room and taking a part of my scalp to another, where several nurses slice and dice, basically Ginsu, my scalp into small parts for transplant. You'll also see the 4600 or so incisions to transplant each hair strand. While we're talking about surgeries, a well-known and super cute girl gets her breasts augmented in the documentary. If you need to have more details, I will forward your medical questions to the anthropologist who filmed it.
