If they can continue to make money without doing IR, then the existence of new IR gigs, even "high profile" ones, will not change their minds. Some starlets will only turn to IR when their normal bookings start drying up. Others remain popular and busy enough to never reach this contingency, so they continue to dodge IR.

The best starlets simply pick their bookings based on the sexual acts/situations they are expected to do -- not the race of their partner. If a girl is sexy, reliable, and a dick-pleaser, then she can continue to get IR and non-IR gigs and make everyone happy!
