The family of a dying pensioner who was raped at a Birmingham hospital are considering civil action against a health trust after a male nurse was cleared of the sex attack. Albert Rampaul, 51, was charged with raping and indecently assaulting the 74 year-old woman at Yardley Green Hospital in August of last year. ... During the court hearing both prosecution and defence agreed that the grandmother HAD suffered a sex attack at the Avonside Unit, run by North Birmingham Mental Health Trust. But police found no DNA evidence at the scene because the attacker had used a condom.

That's stupid. I wouldn't have worn a rubber. You haven't lived until you've seen your hot, creamy man gravy collecting in the myriad wrinkles on a 74-year old woman's face.
