Quote: That " This is XPT" bullshit that some of you toss around is the reason why some of your favorite talent will not interact with you. I see the posts," oooh get this one to come on" and "why did he/she leave?" xpt was not created to give you an opportunity to abuse people who appear in adult video (The Cage even is about satire)I am certain that this post is lost on any of the ignorant assholes for whom it is intended, but for anyone who might not mean harm; If you don't know the facts (not what some other asshole, agency or newsgroup says)about a situation you may wish to reserve judgement as you would want someone to do for you... or you can always GO FUCK YOURSELF.
Well, there are two issues here:
(i) I agree with you that running a whore (or a mope) off this board out of idle time is probably not the best thing to do. This board is dangerously close to being a sausage fest, and it should be shot in the temple when it does. I'm sure there are some insightful people in the world of smut who might like to contribute here, but choose not to.
That said, you have a few of the fellow Cage Mafia to blame for some of them: Coochie ran off Kami, CM ran a few off, Monkey ran off Padova, many others have taken their shots at other whores. Not to mention the various debacles that have become the chat sessions--is it any wonder no whore has done one for almost nine months? But you have to admit, some got caught in their own lies and abandoned ship: Katja bragged about not being an escort, then got caught with her name up on one of those sites. Sierra Sinn was a decent whore and literate, but her drug use turned her into a baked potato intelligence-wise. Corina Taylor--well, let's not get into that.
(ii) With respect to reserving judgement, I disagree with you here. You're holding me to a standard where I have to wait in some intellectual limbo until someone else tells me what I'm allowed to think about events that I don't witness personally. Sorry, Bish, all I have to go on is what has been reported. I'm not a LAPD officer, nor an attorney or a clerk with access to the records. But that doesn't preclude me from forming opinions. In the very least, Surewood was involved in some activity that led to someone's death. Whether or not it's legally "murder" or "manslaughter" is really immaterial to me. I understand that the legal process will decide if he goes to prison and for how long, but that doesn't mean I can't conclude Surewood had one enormous brainfart in judgement, which irrevocably altered several lives.
Quote: Its way to late to simplify this thread but Brian Surewood is a good man in an unfortunate situation and nothing anyone who does not know him post here is going to change that.....
He might very well be, but I don't condone someone trolling for penal sympathy from people who don't know him. Anyway, it's a contradictory train of thought--if I don't really know him, why should I suspend my beliefs and send him things to his benefit? And why should I accept that assumption from someone with a personal reputation as spotted as Brandon Irons?
Brian gets food and shelter where he is right now...and introspection...lots of introspection. That's the best care package I can think of right now.
