I did call them back, after about 3 weeks with no sign of the dvd or the money being taken out of my account, and the woman who took the call said the person I needed to talk to was at some trade show and wouldn't be back for about a week and to call them back then. After that call, I decided I really didn't want the movie that badly anyways since it would cost more making the long distance calls than the movie was worth.
