To me, it would tend to suggest that Ryan Knox has been repeatedly urinated on in his off-camera private life (whether said urination was performed by a bunch of fat, ghetto streetwalkers, as it is in JM Productions' "Reverse Bukkake 3" is of course open to speculation at this point...).
