It's a "not" post ... I think.

I just think it sends a notice for them to look at the post but no way to send info relating to it. I once thought of hitting it, but since I thought the issue needed explanation, I decided not to bother.

I'm aware of the purpose, but distressed that the iconography does not convey its purpose to our non-English speaking posters, hence the suggested "universal" replacements.
