Let's see KSEX gets immediate use of the scene, will put it up on Rude.com, sell it on DVDs and you the performer will have to hire someone to edit it and maybe just maybe someday, if you ever have a website, you can use it - 3 years later. I wonder if they will have a still photographer there as well.

Also, I wonder if they are using the correct releases since a standard release wont do - legally - in regards to content exchange situations.

Yes there is content exchange release form that will be used by KSEX. It is not the standard model release, it is one that is specific to content trade shoots.

KSEX selling DVD's? KSEX does not sell DVD's of the KSEX shows, I am not sure where you are getting this from.

Having sex for free. This is going to be broadcast as a behind the scenes look at what happens on a porn shoot. The performers are able to plug themselves as much as they want. It is going to be like a cam show. Web based performers are very used to doing these in order to drive traffic to their sites when they are on a large cam network.

The added exposure of being on Rude.com will drive more traffic and in turn sales to performers sites.
