You are assuming that an 18 year old drug addict who is having sex on film for money actually knows what pre-cum is. Just because a whore knows how to spread her legs doesn't mean she understands the finer biological points of procreation. The banner is probably just being directed at its target audience and its simply easier to imply a pop shot on the belly increases the chance of pregnancy because even a dumb whore can understand that.
