Reuben Spread

1 16 oz. can sauerkraut, drained
1 8 oz. package cream cheese, cubed
2 c. shredded swiss cheese
1/2 lb. deli corned beef, chopped
3 tbsp. prepared thousand island salad dressing

combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan, heat on low, stirring frequently, til cheeses are melted. or make in a crock pot. serve on crackers or those little snack rye breads.
