Here's a fuckin' idea...

How about killing all the movies on the site every month and rotating in fresh content for the next month, kinda like an online cable network. That way, guys have to stay members if they want to continue to get access for more than a month.

Oh, and stop charging $20. Who the fuck pays $20?? If HBO was $20 nobody would order it.
