He mentions that JT Bone tried to have him arrested while he's in Thailand but I assume that's for shooting porn there, which is illegal but in Thailand, that's easy enough to fix, with a little money.

Yep, if you're discreet you'll have no problem.
I remember a few years back I was in Brazil on vacation and some Americans got busted there shooting porn.
They were shooting in a VERY affluent neighborhood in Rio. They were shooting in a Penthouse apartment and were on the roof doing the shoot. Problem was, that the building they were shooting in wasn't as tall as the surrounding buildings. People looking off their living room verandas had to witness that shit and called the police.

I'm not being accused of anything. Whip is talking out of his ass.
John did tell the people he sells to that I photoshopped the IDs I sent them, but he had his head so far up his own ass he didn't think about the possibility of me having a video of the same IDs and the models holding them. I do. I also have them on video saying that John knew they were 17 years old and told them not to worry about it. I'm pretty sure these will be playing on lukeisback.com fairly soon.
He may be able to fool the morons and fellow dirt bags who do business with him, but the authorities are smarter than that. All they had to do is run the ID number to see if it's valid. End of story.
Doesn't matter to me either way. I reported the crime to who it needed to be reported to. What happens from here I could care less. They will catch up to John sooner or later. But it will be interesting to see what happens to him when he returns to the USA or the UK.

Yes, the WHORES are cheap. Though if you want to film them (pretty ones) you are going to pay a lot more than $100 for them. We could get away with $100 5 or 6 years ago, but not anymore. Not even close. Like Brazil, the prices have gone up in Thailand dramatically.
