Here's how it works. A new porn girl meets up with a talent agent at his offices or wherever. During that time the agent goes down a list of specific sexual acts and asks the girl if she is willing to do that. One of those "acts" is Interracial - and he makes it very clear to her that in this business, Interracial means sex with a black guy.

Once her do's and don't are finalized, it gets written up on on official model card so that clients who want to book her know right off the bat if she will do what they are interested in.
