Good question. Being a dark-skinned brother myself, I do admit to preferring IR scenes with darker actors. If an actress only worked with fair-skinned black guys then it would indicate to me a reluctance to go "all the way black".
That being said, as long as the actor considers himself black and he has kinky hair and curly pubes, then she satisfies the IR requirement with me.
