Wow, I've never heard of that. Most people I know smoke even in buildings. I think on set it will depend on certain factors like if your line producer is in a union or a dick- but that shit won't fly around others. Dreamworks is the only company I know that take that pc shit seriously.

It might change though- especially now that they had to fscking strike and draw to light perks that certain fucks enjoy- I might have to start keeping deadlines again. Oh the horror.
