That is her sister in the Mario Brothers costume. Bella got her teeth fixed with the the lingual braces or something like that cant rememeber the exact name but her gap is closed much better than before. Her sister needs to try it now, I also cant get over how much younger and what a spitting image she is of her, its amazing. Maybe she'll get her to do porn one day.
And the nurse I believe is her other sister the one who married the guy who owns the porn company. Lets keep it all in the family folks. And of course Aiden is Macho Libre, they are all her sisters, thats the family photo for this years only Holiday she celebrates.

Edited to add its not a nurse costume, it's Alice in Wonderland and Marilyn Monroe is the other one.
