But can anyone tell me if the do a history when someone tests positive for, say HPV
AIM doesn't test for HPV to my knowledge. I believe the HPV test in women is done with a pap smear (or a friend who joined the Peace Corps told me a horror story that they actually snipped a piece of her cervix out to test for it and other STDs) and I don't think AIM does anything (probably not legally able to?) besides draw blood and have you piss in a cup.
Just double checked this on wikipedia about male infection which I had heard before:
Quote:
According to the CDC there is currently no test commercially available to determine infection in men.
So simply no; they can test for it in Women but don't, and no test exists for men.

Chlamydia?
They do test for it but I think its one of those things where its just easier to treat it rather than prevent it and shoot a positive infection up with antibiotics. I've never heard of AIM doing a history for someone testing positive as its just probably easier to have the infected talent sit out until they're better.
