Phelps is a funny dude. When Saddam was alive he said he was the only muslim leader to justifiably run his country according to God's doctrine- yet after Saddam died- he said he was in hell, where worms that never died ate his remains.

One of his granddaughters is kinda cute, and has a very unique sense of humor.
