Of course, a different jury might have reached a different conclusion on any or all of the titles in question. Also, one of the Five Star partners made mention that some of the jurors indicated that, had they seen evidence deemed inadmissible by the Judge, they might have voted differently. Not knowing what that evidence was, I couldn't give you an opinion either way.

When it comes to deciding whether or not to ship a particular title to a particular market, the best plan is: When in doubt, leave it out.
