I was looking at the shipping disclaimer on some site and found the information on where they won't ship very interesting.




Is this ccmmon?
I don't see this on JM Prod.

It's probably just based on bad experiences that company has had with those places, not necessarily anything legal.

I just saw this on the JM site for mail/fax orders:

"I am familiar with the standards of my community pertaining to the distribution and/or viewing of such materials and the malerials I am ordering will not offend the contemporary standards in my community and will not be found by an average member of my community to appeal to a prurient (unhealthy) interest in sex and/or to be patently offensive; "


So I was thinking maybe these are communities where it is known to offend the "standards"??

happens all the time. ADM, Excalibur and a few others wont ship product here to Dallas. Toyboxx and Jadedvideo will.

Policies like this tend to vary from company to company. Elegant Angel will not deliver to my zip code. On the other hand, I order from Adult DVD Marketplace frequently and have never had any problems.

My zip code is in the Tampa/Clearwater/St.Pete area of FL.

Most companies have or should have do not ship Zipcodes based upon prior obscenity prosecutions.

For example, if I were JM I would not ship Gag Factor 18 to anywhere in AZ based upon yesterdays ruling. And if I were any other company I wouldnt be shipping like videos to AZ as well.
