Jim clearly has a decent level of knowledge to back up where he claims to work. He seems to have a remarkable amount of free time to spend on XPT, though, leading me to think he's just some grunt who likes to exaggerate his importance. I certainly hope so, because the prospect of someone like him ever holding any authority in his workplace is truly frightening and would account for many innocent people in jail.
