actually I do know of a black family (good family friend) who takes in foster children and a few months ago was given a white teenage boy........

hell I had a pregnant student (got knocked up by some white boy) whose parents (white) almost convinced their daughter (Korean) to give the baby up and I was supposed to be the recipient....that was actually the plan for all of 3 weeks until she decided to abort much to her mothers heartache...

but on another note...many white babies don't make the "open market" if more of them did you wouldn't see so many white families adopting from overseas.....
