Very few.
David Lynch does not only make really different things, but is very good at it as well; no need to try, he seems to be.
Miike Takashi, the Yakuza stuff can be good.
Kitano Takeshi, there was always substance there.
Ki-Duk Kim, well-executed dramas without a disappointment yet.
Kar Wai Wong, love stories seldomly look as good as when Christopher Doyle is director of photography, especially on the type of budget they are produced.

Quentin Tarantino on the other hand just got boring.
