What is CAL-OSHA's stance on condomless blowjobs and also on external cumshots? Neither follow universal precautions for protection against blood-borne pathogens. If condom enforcement is coming, it only follows it will be the end of the popshot, cumguzzling, gagfactor, bukkake, etc.
