I'm not sure. I think she's referring to Miller v. California 413 U.S. 15 (1973), which gives us our current meaning of obscenity. Although, as a law student, she should really become acquainted with the phrase for naught.

Each summer I get a new crop of interns. Some are college students and some are in law school. I'd much rather have the college kids, hands down. College kids want to learn, and are fascinated by everything. Law School students think they know it all, are stubborn as mules and think themselves soooo superior to their peers, and everyone else.
