To: Gene Ross,
Congratulations on the air time spot at KSEX.com. I am honored to share the same station as you being that you are as close to the real thing in porn as Bill Margold and ohh my god, Mark Kerns. Jim Holiday gave you guys a run for the money but he's already crossed the finish line. The station will be much enhanced with you.
I have heard a wee rumor that Mr. Jack Lawrence is telling anyone within ears shot that I am bad for porn. Sad, because I had a lengthy conversation with him about the breath and depth of legal and financial conflicting elements surrounding the landscape of adult movie production as we know it today that individuality share some commonality with the compliance of OSHA laws regarding work site conditions. I left that conversation under the illusion that I understood what Jack's contentions were. I am publicly announcing an open invitation to Jack and his female friends that he proclaims do not want working conditions in porn to be in compliance with OSHA standards, condoms for vaginal and anal sex. I hope that a public debate on my show, that airs immediately after his, will bring to light support for his argument and a better understanding of his truth. If it comes to light that the market demands of porn get off only if young girls are stroking a long hard swollen herpes inflamed rod in their eye then I will surely take advantage of marketing directly to consumers needs with a series called "Gang Bang Gonorrhea Girls Gone Wild".
Finally, the issue regarding worker safety has absolutely nothing to do with consenting adults engaging in unprotected sex. The issue is worker safety and stops there. Once workers are given the protection allowed by the law then company owners will have the respect of FBI and CIA enforcement officials to work together and protect this valuable force (adult entertainment) in the American economy. There is no reason why our predecessors work over the last thirty years at the United States Supreme Court needs to be for not. When the work force is protected then the industry has no further points of weakness and can go on the defense instead of always being on the offense. We have the enforcement of the FBI on our side as a barrier to new market entrants or illegal infringers. Every one company owner has the ability to make a difference, stand up for their rights, and refuse to accept financial hemorrhaging due to unauthorized infringements on the Internet and in the DVD market. California business owners control the global economy of adult entertainment when only three companies have over half a billion dollars of sales revenue in 2005. One person can make a difference by protecting the rights of their content through 2257 compliance.
In closing, I welcome Mr. Jack Lawrence to the 'Cannibalism' talk radio show on KSEX.com Wed night from 9 to 10pm PST to challenge my understanding of the work site safety issue. I would be delight to hear even one well supported argument in favor of unprotected sex acts on the work site. However, freedom of choice is not a well supported argument only because there are several laws in place across various industry's that thwart workers from being able to compete for jobs based on the health risks they are willing to take. Adult movie performers share the same legal protections as construction workers, morticians, auto body paint shops, manufacturing sites, health care sites, restaurants, food manufacturing, and textile production. Workers can not arbitrarily chose to not wash their hands when preparing food, not wear gloves when preparing a dead body, not use a hard hat on a construction site, or even work 18 hours straight as a commercial truck driver. The companies that turn a blind eye to this suffer great financial loss and bankruptcy because of these short sited net income gains on their books. If Jack or his female friends have a valid reason to put the companies that I love and respect in jeopardy like this then I want to know what that reason is. I hope he sticks around for my show next week.
