A lawsuit would definitely succeed in some cases: an agent "testing" a new girl on the casting couch, a guy with a history of shooting POV scenes and forgetting to turn on the camera. Any sexual contact between a performer and director, producer or studio owner than is not shot for a video is an easy lawsuit.
Being called "bitch" or "whore" on the set might be tricky since the director can always claim to be trying to set the atmosphere for the scene, but there a lot of other, easier, cases to be made.
