Sexual harrassment claims are very difficult to prove, even with a solid plaintiff. If it becomes a he said/she said situation, tie usually goes to the defendant.

Remember the moving party must be able to prove up their claim. Without independent witnesses to verify the harrassment they are difficult to win and attorneys arent interesting in expending a lot of time or resources on protracted litigation they are going to lose. Most of these types of cases are taken on a contingency basis.

If Christian is thinking of the same case I am, there is one pending, but I doubt highly that this case will ever actually be filed.
