We (Brian) pled not guilty and we have been set for a conference on December 3rd to set the Preliminary Hearing date.

I have associated in the firm of Jonathan Kissel. Kissel and former Van Nuys DA, now defense counsel, Peter Korn will be handling the vast majority of the criminal case and I will be assisting as well.

We expect a Prelim date in January.
