Quick update ....

I was able to speak with six attorneys in regards to being associated in on Brian's case. I was able to narrow the search to three criminal defense attorneys, with all three having handled at least six vehicular homicide cases.

All three are equally up to the task and have the necessary experience. Brian's family has also spoken directly to all three. The family is at a point of weighing the costs involved with taking this matter to trial and will decide tomorrow on who they will retain.

If you are interested in attending and supporting Brian, the hearing is scheduled for Wednesday October 17th, 8:30am at the Van Nuys Sup. Ct Depart. 100. This hearing might go all day depending on whether there are any media requests.
