As for Brian's actual criminal trial representation, I have already talked to the family and have permission to interview four attorneys. All four have experience with high profile cases and are well know by the criminal bench. I will not name the attorneys until after having a chance to speak with them directly in order to determine their interest in the case as well as their fee structure.

Funds are limited so that will be a factor as to who can be retained to defend Brian. I am hopeful that those who support Brian emotionally will also help financially.
