i just watched the interview on knbc.com. the mother was getting out of her car, while holding her infant child, and had the 4 year old next to her. when you have access from a car onto a sidewalk or non traffic area, why dont you exit that way? why in the hell would you get your young children out of the drivers side of the car and put them into possible oncoming traffic? STUPID STUPID STUPID!!
it was stupid for brian to play stupid street games...road rage, street racing...whatever. he should be held responsible for his actions. sorry brian, you gotta bite the bullet this time hun!
the family was behind their car near the trunk unloading groceries. they were crushed when the 19 year old driver's car swerved to avoid surewood and hit the car parked behind theirs and squashed them between the two parked cars.
