This must be one of those reactionary "get tough on _____" laws passed EVERYWHERE recently. I remember that if a child killed another child he/she was rarely tried as and adult. Now it’s as common as herpes in XPT moderators. I guess it should be vehicular manslaughter. Evidently local citizens and law makers have decided that if a person is willfully engaging in an activity as inherently reckless as street racing then they are premeditating killing somebody when an accident happens.

He deserves what ever he gets. Those people he hurt certainly didn't deserve what they are suffering though.
