Ask a doctor. you eye isn't a membrane that is designed to dissolve and extract protein and fluids like an asshole and colon. I have talked to many doctors about this. The only thing that a girl can really contact from a load in the eye is conjunctivitis - basically pink eye. And that's treatable with a few eye drops. Now a person can get herpes in the eye as well, but that's not transmitted from semen. That's from direct contact with herpes.

I've done a lot of research on this. There are zero cases of HIV transmition from HIV infected blood or semen in the eyes. Look it up.
