When I was in grade 8 the only sexual contact I had was with myself, locked away in the basement bathroom. Whatever the outcome of this is, guaranteed that the onus of responsibility won't land on the parents' shoulders. Never does. We've reached a point where bad parents enjoy the same rights; sometimes more than good parents.
