btw, WD, I'm not sure what the 2nd floor of Penn Sta is. The best I can guess is that its the Amtrak/NJ Transit train level. The public bathrooms there are adjacent to the Amtrak waiting area.

Moxie could not be in there. You need to be a ticketed passenger. I don't think Moxie could afford the ticket.
